Orion Bell IV, President and CEO Orion Bell IV brings more than twenty years of leadership experience in not-for-profit management to his role as President and Chief Executive Officer at CICOA. His expertise includes strategic planning, budget development and program administration. In addition, he has a successful track record in marketing, financial development, and volunteer administration. Before joining CICOA, Bell served the American Red Cross in a variety of capacities including the Director of Chapter Operations Support for the Great Lakes Service Area; CEO of the Fort Worth, Texas, chapter; Executive Director of the Topeka, Kan., chapter; and Assistant General Manager of the Louisville, Ky., chapter. Bell earned both his MBA and a BA in History and Humanities from the University of Louisville. |

Laura Boyle, Senior Vice President of Client Services As Senior Vice President of Client Services, Laura Boyle collaborates with CICOA leadership to direct and manage client services including CICOA’s Aging & Disability Resource Center, Nutrition and In-Home Services. She oversees staffing and utilization goals to ensure quality service delivery while balancing organizational growth and financial outcomes. Boyle joined CICOA in 1991 as the In-Home Services Supervisor, and prior to that served as Director of Senior Services for the Family Service Association of DuPage County in Chicago. She also has supervised field staff of the State Unit on Aging. Boyle earned her bachelor's and master's degrees in Social Work from Indiana University, and she is a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers. |

Susan Cornacchione, Vice President of Development Susan Cornacchione comes to CICOA Aging & In-Home Solutions to supervise and expand the development, marketing and communications efforts of the organization. Her expertise includes major gift and campaign planning, annual fund, volunteer management and prospect research. Prior to joining CICOA, Cornacchione served as the Central Indiana Major Gifts Officer for the American Cancer Society (ACS). She also has fourteen years of higher education fundraising experience in a variety of roles including Senior Development Director with Indiana University Foundation serving the Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) campus. She began her career in fundraising at the Indianapolis Museum of Art as the annual fund coordinator. Cornacchione attended IUPUI and is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. |

Phyllis Mills, Director of Human Resources Phyllis Mills has served as the Director of Human Resources at CICOA since 1995. In that role she is responsible for plan design and implementation of compensation administration, benefits planning, staffing, supervisory development, and strategic human resource planning. Previously she served CICOA as the program coordinator for the Senior Employment and Training Program. She also worked as program coordinator for the West Central Indiana Economic Development District in Terre Haute, Ind. Mills is a graduate of Indiana State University and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources from the Society of Human Resource Management.

Robert Woods, Chief Financial Officer As CICOA’s Chief Financial Officer for the past twelve years, Robert Woods is responsible for developing and managing the organization’s financial strategies, performance and policies. In addition, he oversees all finance and accounting functions and personnel. Before joining CICOA, Woods worked as an officer in for-profit entities, and he has practiced public accountancy as a partner in both large and small local firms. He also served as the executive director of an international association, managing and planning more than 20 national conferences, and has been a frequent guest speaker at both national and local organizations. He holds a BS in business from Indiana University with a minor in marketing and is a member of the Indiana CPA Society.
