CICOA Aging & In-Home Solutions is a private, not-for-profit agency that provides information, advocacy and support services for older adults, people with disabilities, and their caregivers. As an agency we value independence, dignity and quality of life not only for our clients, but also for all our employees. CICOA  is committed to equal opportunity employment and affirmative action principles.

Our business goal in hiring employees is to utilize objective standards based on one's qualifications for a particular job and to further equal employment opportunity.
