Nursing Home Leadership Collaborative

The Indianapolis Nursing Home Leadership Collaborative, funded by the Central Indiana Senior Fund, a CICF Fund, is designed to help Marion County nursing homes improve quality of care. Up to 25 nursing homes have the opportunity to participate in the Leadership Collaborative, facilitated by B & F Consulting, which will focus on implementing effective quality improvement practices for improving staff retention, developing positive leadership models, and improving customer satisfaction while improving the quality of life for residents.

Learning sessions are scheduled over the next nine months at the following locations:

  • The next session on May 24th will be at The Community Life Center at Washington Park Cemetery, 10612 East Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46229.
  • The July 13th session will be at the Second Presbyterian Church, 7700 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, IN 46260.
  • The September 20th session will meet at The Community Life Center at Washington Park Cemetery, 10612 East Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46229.
