CICOA Aging & In-Home Solutions, the Area Agency on Aging for Central Indiana, has established local, independent Councils On Aging in each of the eight counties it serves to secure citizen participation in its mission. Each council is comprised of dedicated volunteers who help define the problems and needs of older Hoosiers in their county and identify solutions.
